Psalm 69:6-8

⁶ May those who hope for You not ^(A)be ashamed through me, O Lord Yahweh of hosts;
May those who seek You not be dishonored through me, O God of Israel,
⁷ Because ^(B)for Your sake I have borne reproach;
^(C)Dishonor has covered my face.
⁸ I have become ^(D)estranged ^[a]from my brothers
And a foreigner to my mother’s sons.
